After the session, I felt amazing. I felt more relaxed and rejuvenated than I had in a long time. The practitioner also gave me some tips and advice on how to reduce stress in my daily life, which helped me to maintain the positive effects of the session.

Since then, I have made reflexology a regular part of my self-care routine although not often enough recently. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and relaxing way to reduce stress and improve overall wellness.

I would describe it as having a mini spa day all to yourself, where you get to kick back, relax, and let someone else take care of you for a change. During a reflexology session, I will use different techniques from gentle pressure to firmer massage, when working on your hands or feet I will use some manipulation to ease joints and muscles. This can feel incredibly soothing and can help you to unwind and de-stress.
